This well-loved beauty salon was strengthening its position in the anti-ageing space. The key was attracting affluent women aged 40+ without alienating up and coming younger customers.
Inspired by the key insight that ageing is a growth story, we developed the positioning ‘be the best version of yourself’ and created a warm, approachable and empowering brand identity and voice that every customer can relate to. Copy treatments invited customers to look gorgeous and take on the world with personalised care and safe technologies that work.
